• to hire a guide, clients are required to submit a request electronically (vodicins@gmail.com)

• at the request of the client, the association issues the first proforma invoice, and after the service the final invoice

• prices are expressed in euros (dinar equivalent is calculated at the middle exchange rate of the NBS on the day of payment)

• prices represent the net amount for the guide. Taxes and contributions are invoiced to the client at this net price, which amounts to 60% of the net price

• the ordered service can be canceled free of charge 12 hours before the agreed program. 

   If the hiring of the guide is canceled after that time, the client is obliged to pay 50% of the agreed price.
In case the guests do not show up, the guide service is charged to the customer in full.
